Freelance Tradeshow Setup Associate 

Location: Atlanta, GA

About the Role 

The Harper Group is seeking energetic and reliable Setup Associates to assist with merchandise preparation for an upcoming tradeshow. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting a polished brand presentation. You will play a key role in preparing products for the merchandising team by unpacking and organizing items efficiently.

Upcoming Project Dates:

  • May 4 - May 8
  • May 18 - June 7
Key Responsibilities:
  • Unpack merchandise from boxes and organize products on tables for the merchandising team
  • Assist with basic booth setup and preparation prior to show opening
  • Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage
  • Sort and group merchandise according to instructions or product categories
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris (boxes, packaging, etc.)
  • Support the merchandising team with restocking or reorganizing as needed
  • Follow direction from team leads to ensure timely setup
