Job description

Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our Unified Communications & Collaboration team! In this role, you'll build and enhance web-based tools, APIs, and integrations that power our contact center operations and improve agent productivity at scale.
  • Plantation, FL or Dallas, TX
  • Pay Rate Range - $60-65/HR on W2 (NO C2C)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web-based tools and platform integrations for contact center systems
  • Build and optimize APIs and backend services to support scalable workflows
  • Design solutions to automate processes and improve agent experience
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code to modernize development workflows
  • Integrate systems using internal and external APIs
  • Support and enhance Genesys Cloud CX (functions, flows, APIs)

Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or Go
  • Frontend experience with React (or similar modern framework)
  • Backend experience with Node.js, Python, Java, or similar
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrations
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (flows, functions, APIs)

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with WebRTC, SIP, or VoIP systems
  • Exposure to contact center analytics and reporting tools
