Title : PHP/MYSQL/HTML5 Web App Developer

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Location : 4 months


PHP/MYSQL/HTLM5 Web Application Developer

A direct Minneapolis, Minnesota Client seeks to fill an immediate need for a web application developer to code modifications to an existing web application. ย 

This position will begin ASAP and is expected to last roughly 4 months.

ย An ideal candidate will have experience using PHP, MYSQL and HTML5 to develop web applications that are compatible with a wide variety of systems (Windows, OS X, iOS and Android). Additionally, the candidate should feel comfortable modifying existing code, as Version 1 of the web application has already been developed by a freelance contractor who is not able to continue work on this project. Lastly, candidates should be able to communicate well with a team with limited expertise in application development.



Qualifications

ย Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise in using PHP, MYSQL, and HTML5

Project management skills to be able to collaborate with the team to develop the best product within a budget and time-frame.


ย Work that needs to be completed:

User Interface:

Improvement in how feedback is displayed

A guided registration process

Improved user interface elements on the form.


Administrative Interface:ย 

Less reliance on knowledge of HTML on the part of users: Currently the majority of the application is point and click for the development of the modules. However, there are areas that require users to have some knowledge in using HTML. These areas need to be improved.

Improved user management and administrative management

Improved viewing and exporting of data collected.
