The Senior Manager, UX Design leads the development and execution of user experience strategies to enhance product interaction and satisfaction. This role involves conducting comprehensive user research, managing cross-functional partnerships, and driving design innovation aligned with business goals. The position requires overseeing usability testing, prototyping, and visual design to ensure consistent, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will influence stakeholders through clear communication and data-driven insights while fostering collaboration across teams to deliver impactful user-centered products that meet evolving customer and operational needs.
About the team:
The Finance Tools team creates expert system interfaces and platform experiences that integrate financial and people data for internal use. By combining multiple data sources, the team enables partners to gain insights, improve data explainability, and support informed business decisions. Emphasizing user-centered design, usability testing, and clear stakeholder communication, the team delivers intuitive and reliable solutions. Collaboration across functions ensures alignment with business goals while maintaining high standards in interface and interaction design. This team plays a vital role in shaping data-driven platforms that empower decision-making within the organization.
What you'll do:
  • Lead user experience design initiatives by conducting user research, interviews, and site visits to gather actionable insights that inform design strategies.
  • Develop and document interaction designs, user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to align UX solutions with strategic goals and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Drive usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback to optimize customer satisfaction and product performance.
  • Establish best practices and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability across digital platforms.
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and high-quality deliverables.
