Company Description Communigraphics is a 35 year old family business that will put your logo on anything. They produce everything in-house. Weather you need signage, vinyl wrap, printed or embroidered apparel - Communigraphics is your one stop shop. You will also find a beautiful 3500 sq foot gift store featuring brands like Yeti, Turtlebox, Brighton, Enewton and collegiate merchandise inside a beautiful old chapel on their property. Communigraphics is run by three family members and a staff of 35-40 employees and is loved and known for its community involvement, commitment to quality products and customer satisfaction and building relationships.


Role Description We are looking for a creative, organized and hardworking graphic artist to join our fast-paced production team. We specialize in custom apparel and need someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys turning ideas into high quality printed products. We want someone creative, dependable, and ready to jump into a busy production atmosphere. If you enjoy seeing your artwork come to life on apparel and can keep up with a fast-moving workflow and a rush type business, wed love to hear from you. This is not a low-paced studio environment - we handle a high volume of orders with tight deadlines, especially during peak seasons. The ideal candidate can work efficiently, manage multiple projects at once and maintain strong attention to detail under pressure . Responsibilities include: - Create, proof and prepare custom t-shirt and apparel designs - Set up artwork for screenprint production - Perform color separations for spot color and simulated process printing - Ensure artwork is print-ready and production-friendly - Communicate with customers (not just by email but with phone skills) and production staff regarding art needs - Make revisions/adjustments quickly and accurately - Assist and be knowledgeable of newest technology, softwares and AI developments to ensure efficiency.
