This role at Starcom will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Job DescriptionStarcom is searching for a Supervisor to join our Performance Media team! This role will provide operational, systems, analytical, and reporting support to the team and its clients.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary task driver and doer for daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables.
- Manage systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests, including monthly close, monthly budget review meetings, variance reporting, draft billing, media accruals, budget discrepancies, audit commentary, etc.
- Provide reporting and draft bills to the media team for approval.
- Review key financial metrics and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate client billing and the collection of supporting documentation.
- Generate system reports and analyze data to enhance and optimize performance.
- Ensure accurately-formatted documents for manager review.
- Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staff.
- Assist with cash collection and cash application.

- Experience leading and maintaining accurate flowchart deliverables for internal and client facing reporting needs

- Comfortable presenting to internal and client teams
- Assist media planning teams with system setup while guiding them towards financially sound and client-approved results.
- Manage client and vendor signed documentation in company approved databases.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Experience leading and maintaining accurate flowchart deliverables for internal and client facing reporting needs

Compensation Range: $75,050 - $102,700 anaully. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
