  • Support project execution by developing scopes of work, cost estimates, and design deliverables from concept through construction
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (geotechnical, mechanical, electrical, surveying) to ensure coordinated, constructible designs
  • Maintain quality and consistency by coordinating with internal QA/QC reviewers and external partners
  • Conduct site visits and field investigations to support design development and client engagement

  • Familiarity with applicable codes and standards; exposure to federal design criteria (e.g., UFC, UFGS) preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, well-organized technical documentation
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with limited oversight
  • Willingness to travel 10–20% for site visits and project support
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain and maintain a security clearance for work at certain federal facilities.

We fully invest in our people: Weston provides a generous, comprehensive benefits package program that offers employees high value options with solid financial protection, meeting the personal needs of its people and their families.
