JOB DESCRIPTION

4.0 Process
Complete assembly of automotive seating units
Develop proficiency in all production job functions and rotate in job cell into various work stations
Control processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
Maintain good housekeeping, safety, meet quality and efficiency standards
Restock work areas as needed to ensure proper work flow
Monitor production material quantities and report shortages
Ability to lift and/or carry 35 lbs. repeatedly
Complete, assembly of quality seating units
Walk, stand, reach, lift, bend, pull, push to move product through build process
Use of hand-held pneumatic tools
Operation of assembly fixtures
Housekeeping in and around work areas
Problem solving of work place issues
Quality inspections of work in progress
Work as part of a team to ensure on-time quality product to our customers (internal and external)
Incorporate safe working procedures into all daily activities in and around facility
Understand and follow written and verbal instructions
Comply with company rules, policies, and practices
