Image360 Tucker is seeking a Graphic Designer who thrives in a fast‑paced, production‑driven environment. You’ll design environmental graphics, branded spaces, and wayfinding systems that help clients communicate clearly and stand out visually. This role blends creative concepting, technical precision, and hands‑on collaboration with our fabrication and installation teams.


You’ll work directly with local businesses, corporate clients, architects, and project managers to bring ideas from sketch to installation—making a visible impact across the Atlanta area. This position is not available for remote or freelance work. Moreover, this individual will collaborate with the Production Specialist and will be required to aid as a backup to operate vinyl plotting, wide-format printing, and other equipment.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Environmental graphics — Design wall murals, window graphics, dimensional lettering, and branded interior/exterior visuals
  • Wayfinding systems — Develop signage and navigation solutions for offices, campuses, and public spaces
  • Brand integration — Translate brand identity into cohesive spatial experiences
  • Production collaboration — Prepare accurate, fabrication‑ready files and work closely with our production team to ensure quality output
  • Client interaction — Participate in client meetings, present concepts, and refine designs based on feedback
  • Site surveys — Assist with measurements, photography, and understanding environmental constraints for accurate design
  • Learn Flexi Design Software in conjunction with the Adobe Suite
  • Understand the PC environment and workflow
  • Maintain and monitor server and backup routines for all files produced in the Graphics department
  • Provides client education on proper submission of digital files
  • Work with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and provide guidance for the best solution
  • Answer phones as needed
  • Contribute to social media content

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in environmental, experiential, signage, or brand design
  • A portfolio showcasing design basics, typesetting, signage, or environmental branding
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
