Job description

Why Delphi?
Delphi is building the network of digital minds.
For the first time, anyone can create an interactive version of themselves: a living profile that talks, teaches, and answers questions in your voice, with your perspective and judgment, around the clock. The internet gave us static profiles and endless feeds. We're building something alive. People won't just read about you, they'll experience how you think.
This is the consumer shift we're betting on. Today it's thousands of the world's most brilliant minds. Next it's everyone: every thought leader, expert, and professional with a digital mind that scales their wisdom to anyone, anywhere. A new social layer where knowledge is abundant, personalized, and discoverable.
We are trusted and loved by thousands of the world's most brilliant minds. We have tripled revenue, users, and Delphi interactions in the past 6 months - all organically through word of mouth. We plan to accelerate even further from here.
Delphi's investors include Sequoia Capital, Founders Fund, Abstract Ventures, Michael Ovitz, Gokul Rajaram, Olivia Wilde, and dozens of founders from Lyft, Zoom, Doordash, and many more. Our team includes founders with successful exits and builders from Apple, Spotify, Substack and more.

What you'll do
  • Own Delphi's drumbeat across brand social video, product announcements, and editorial
  • Turn raw inputs (demos, notes, conversations, product updates) into high-taste, publishable assets fast
  • Build a repeatable weekly cadence: ship consistently, not in bursts
  • Create and run a lightweight editorial calendar tied to what Delphi wants to stand for
  • Produce short-form video end-to-end (concept, hook, script, edit, publish), or tightly direct freelancers when needed
  • Own announcement packaging (copy, structure, assets, rollout) while Product Marketing owns positioning and claims
  • Establish and enforce a clear voice + quality bar across owned surfaces
  • Package each "moment" into multiple outputs (main post, clips, follow-ons, excerpts) so launches and narratives compound

Who you are
  • You have editorial taste: strong hooks, clean structure, crisp writing, ruthless self-editing
  • You're social-native: you understand what travels, how formats work, and how to keep content feeling current without chasing trends
  • You can go from messy source material to great output in a few hours
  • You're hands-on with creative execution, particularly with AI tools.
  • You ship with high ownership: you don't need perfect briefs, you ask the right questions, and you close loops
  • You're comfortable operating in a brand-sensitive environment and avoid unforced errors
  • You collaborate cleanly with product teams, but you don't need consensus to make progress
Why You'll Love It Here
We work on hard problems. Our team is full of former founders, and entrepreneurial individuals who are taking on immense initiatives.
We push each other. Work from our beautiful Jackson Square office in San Francisco, surrounded by peers pushing to do their best work.
Benefits
  • Unlimited Learning Stipend: Whether it's books, courses, or conferences, we want to support your growth and development. The more you learn and improve your craft the more effective we will be together.
  • Health, Dental, Vision: Comprehensive coverage to keep to take care of your health.
  • 401k covered by Human Interest.
  • Housing Stipend.
  • Relocation support to SF (as needed)

If you're looking for just a job, Delphi isn't the right fit. But if you want to shape the future of human connection, scale wisdom for billions, and build something that will outlast us all - you'll feel at home here.
