Senior Producer

Location: Princeton, NJ (On Site)

Maslow Media Group is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to support our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company. If you're a creative leader who thrives in fast-paced production environments, enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, and has a passion for producing compelling, high-quality media, we'd love to hear from you.

In this highly visible role, you'll lead the production of impactful media content from concept to completion. You'll oversee live events, studio and field productions, guide creative teams, and ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality, storytelling, and execution.

What You'll Do

As Senior Producer, you'll serve as the driving force behind a wide range of media productions by:

  • Leading projects through every stage of the production lifecycle. From creative development and pre-production through filming, post-production, and final delivery.
  • Partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to transform ideas into engaging, audience-focused media experiences.
  • Developing production proposals, scripts, storyboards, schedules, budgets, and production plans.
  • Managing live events, single-camera shoots, and complex multi-camera productions in studio and field environments.
  • Directing and mentoring producers, editors, videographers, directors of photography, audio professionals, production assistants, and freelance production crews.
  • Providing creative leadership while ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality expectations.
  • Supervising post-production, including editing, motion graphics, sound design, color correction, encoding, captioning, and final delivery.
  • Managing production logistics, including crew scheduling, equipment, locations, talent coordination, and technical planning.
  • Ensuring media assets are properly archived and organized for long-term access.
  • Evaluating emerging production technologies and recommending innovative tools and workflows.
  • Overseeing production equipment maintenance and ensuring all technical systems are production-ready.
  • Managing distribution and delivery of finished media across multiple platforms and channels.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an accomplished producer with exceptional creative vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills. You are equally comfortable leading executive stakeholders, directing production crews, and solving complex production challenges.

You'll bring:

  • Extensive experience producing professional video and live event productions.
  • Strong expertise in both field and studio production environments.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and external production partners.
  • Advanced knowledge of video production, post-production workflows, and digital media technologies.
  • Experience with nonlinear editing systems, audio editing, graphics, encoding, captioning, and media asset management.
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to producing polished, high-quality content.
  • The ability to balance creativity with strategic business objectives while delivering projects on time and within scope

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000

At Maslow, we are committed to equitable and market-aligned compensation practices. The salary range provided represents the good-faith compensation band we anticipate for this role at the time of posting.

Individual compensation within this range will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, professional experience, demonstrated competencies, technical expertise, certifications, scope of responsibility, geographic considerations, applicable regulatory requirements, and overall business needs.

We take a holistic approach to compensation, ensuring alignment with both market benchmarks and internal equity.
