Join Emplify Health by Gundersen as a Family Medicine Physician serving the welcoming rural communities of Elroy and Friendship, Wisconsin. This outpatient-focused position offers a unique blend of clinical care and dedicated research time, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on patient health while exploring population health topics that matter to you. As part of a collaborative care team, you will help strengthen rural healthcare access and outcomes in these communities.

Your Practice at a Glance

  • Outpatient only
  • Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week: 32 (?28 patient contact hours, 8 research)
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care across Elroy and Friendship clinics
  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to support prevention and long-term patient relationships
  • Dedicate 20% of your time to research or community projects aligned with population health priorities through the Orion Program
  • Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, or clinical staff as part of our medical education philosophy
  • Engage with the community to improve health outcomes and foster innovation in rural care delivery
