Registered Nurse – Emergency RoomLocation: Honolulu, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $55 to $60/hr
Contract: 13 weeks
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts; consecutive weekends as needed
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours per week
Experience: Minimum 5 years required

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role supports emergency patient care in a fast-paced ER setting and requires strong clinical judgment, flexibility with rotating shifts, and the ability to work consecutive weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care for patients with urgent and acute conditions
• Assess, monitor, and document patient status, interventions, and treatment response
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and emergency care per facility protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support safe patient outcomes
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and professional ER care standards

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Registered Nurse license required prior to contract start
• Minimum 5 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Must be available for 12-hour rotating shifts, consecutive weekends as needed, and holiday coverage
