We are seeking a **Manufacturing Test Engineer** who is passionate about solving complex technical challenges, improving manufacturing performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-reliability products where quality and precision are essential.In this role, you will serve as a key member of our electrical test engineering team, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to develop, optimize, and sustain test solutions for sophisticated microwave modules and systems. You will have a direct impact on product quality, yield, cost, and manufacturing efficiency while helping bring innovative new technologies from development into full-scale production.This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge RF and microwave technologies, influence manufacturing strategy, and develop solutions that support mission-critical aerospace and defense applications.**This is a 2nd Shift position (Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts), fully onsite, and eligible for shift differential.**Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, implement, and sustain test methods for complex RF, microwave, and electronic products.* Develop troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic processes to drive efficient root cause identification and resolution.* Create, improve, and maintain test fixtures, equipment, and manufacturing test processes.* Develop and release test procedures and documentation for new products transitioning into manufacturing.* Collaborate closely with Automated Test Development, Electrical Design, Mechanical Design, Quality, Process Engineering, and Operations teams throughout the product lifecycle.* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by ensuring manufacturing readiness, test coverage, and process robustness.* Analyze product performance, yield data, equipment performance, and manufacturing metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.* Lead initiatives focused on increasing yield, improving product quality, reducing manufacturing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency.* Participate in the design, review, and implementation of new test equipment, fixtures, and production tools.* Drive projects from concept through production launch while meeting quality, cost, and schedule objectives.* Provide technical leadership, training, and support to technicians and manufacturing personnel.* Work collaboratively with suppliers, subcontractors, and other ADI/ADFED locations as needed to resolve technical challenges and improve overall product performance.**Qualifications****Required*** U.S. Citizen with the ability and willingness to obtain a security clearance.* Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.* Knowledge of RF, microwave, analog, or mixed-signal electronics.* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.* Experience interpreting technical data and using data-driven decision-making to solve engineering problems.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to successful completion.**Preferred*** Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or high-reliability manufacturing environments.* Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.* Experience supporting manufacturing test operations and New Product Introduction (NPI).* Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.* Automated test development or test software experience.*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
