What we are looking for

Are you passionate about sourcing and technology? Do you thrive in solving complex challenges with a solution-oriented mindset? If so, we want you on our team. As a Solution Consultant / Sourcing Analyst at Archlet, you will become an expert in our sourcing solutions, bringing your analytical prowess to advise customers on leveraging Archlet to run effective and efficient RFPs. You will support current customers on complex RFPs, sharing best practices, and maximizing their value, ultimately creating more up-selling opportunities. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your tasks and innovate your approaches.

You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering, sharing your unique insights to improve and grow Archlet. 

Your mission
  • Consult Clients: Assist our US clients in managing complex RFPs in Archlet for both direct and indirect categories.

  • Support US time-zone: Support users (both suppliers and buyers) during our US time zone by answering technical questions via our support email or intercom chat.

  • Advise on Bid Sheets: Develop robust bid sheets in Excel to optimize Archlet\'s use by collecting the right information from suppliers in the required format.

  • Customized Demos: Set up and adjust customized demos in Archlet, ensuring data is structured correctly.

  • Drive Success: Proactively drive the success and value of high-value RFPs, creating “success” use-cases to share internally and boost adoption.

  • Product Communication: Identify and communicate product gaps to the product team, and collaborate with the engineering team to develop the best solutions.

  • Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key users (champions) by earning their trust through your procurement and product expertise.

  • Willingness to Travel: Open to travel for on-site customer visits, QBRs, and key account meetings as needed.

About you
  • Educational Background: Ideally a degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • Experience: 2+ years in Procurement consulting or as in a B2B SaaS company as Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, Analyst, or similar, with strong desire to learn more about procurement. 

  • Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills with a keen eye for detail, capable of handling sensitive data meticulously.

  • AI Fluency: Comfortable leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a quantitative mindset.

  • Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product).

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Work Conditions: Ability to work in the US time zone and fully remote.

  • Mindset: Strong sense of ownership with a proactive, can-do attitude.
