Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities will scale based on experience level and may include:

Core Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications
• Build and integrate APIs and responsive user interfaces
• Write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver business value

Modern Engineering Practices

• Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate development and improve quality
• Contribute to cloud-first development practices using Azure services
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps practices
• Help evolve engineering standards, reusable components, and best practices

Performance, Quality & Collaboration

• Monitor and optimize application performance and scalability
• Build and execute automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end)
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Partner with product and business stakeholders on solution design

Advanced Contributions (Mid–Senior Levels)

• Influence system architecture and design decisions
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth
• Drive adoption of modern tools, frameworks, and AI capabilities
• Lead technical initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Foundational Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Understanding of software development fundamentals
• Experience or exposure to object-oriented programming and web development
• Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset

Technical Skills (Experience-Based)

• Backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar technologies)
• Front-end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows

Modern Engineering & AI (Preferred)

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Exposure to application security and identity standards (OAuth, OpenID)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

Salary Range $77,762.70 - $180,082.10 + bonus

In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
