  • Ensure strong financial controls and integrity across multiple entities
  • Partner with shared services and global finance teams to improve processes and scalability
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, and operational finance

Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop finance team members, establishing clear objectives and fostering a commercially focused, high-performing finance function
  • Act as a key finance advisor to executive leadership
  • Support transformation initiatives within a growing, globally connected organization

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field

  • Strong blend of:  Financial controllership, FP&A / forecasting, Commercial business partnering
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and ERP experience
  • Experience supporting senior business leaders and influencing decision-making
  • Experience managing and influencing remote teams
  • A collaborate mindset with a passion for developing others
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on

NICE TO HAVE

  • CPA (or equivalent accounting qualification)
  • Multi-entity or complex organizational experience preferred
