About the Position
We are currently seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, providing guidance, and helping clients navigate important decisions. As a Remote Client Advisor, you'll assist individuals as they explore travel opportunities, answer questions, and coordinate details that contribute to a positive planning experience.
This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while developing professional skills in client relations, travel coordination, and customer support.
Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their travel interests, preferences, and objectives
  • Present available travel options that align with client needs and expectations
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and vacation experiences
  • Help clients navigate reservation requests and planning-related processes
  • Provide timely responses to inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel information
  • Review confirmations and itinerary details to help ensure accuracy
  • Research destinations, travel experiences, and supplier offerings when needed
  • Stay informed about travel updates, promotions, and industry developments
  • Participate in virtual training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
