Work Environment

• This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through secure video chat sessions, ensuring a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s background, needs, and goals, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans that encourage progress.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to help clients cultivate vital coping, problem-solving, and communication skills that will facilitate their journey toward improved mental health.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records with minimal paperwork by utilizing our digital systems, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with a population of stable, low-acuity adults who may be facing challenges related to anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and other manageable mental health concerns. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them towards healthier lifestyles and improved emotional well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Current and independent licensure in the state of Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license, ensuring your fitness to practice.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in using technology for remote therapy.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted client sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings or teletherapy is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly those suited for low-acuity clients, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
