Overview

As a Senior Expert Consultant, you'll lead all aspects of analytics work, from data gathering, hypothesis testing and model development, programming and model construction, and model interpretation.ย 

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office.ย 

Responsibilities
  • Build, review, and publish market response models and brand equity modeling studiesย 

  • Ensure timely delivery of market response models and brand equity modeling studiesย 

  • Partner with other Modeling Managers to supervise and grow Modeling Analystsย 

  • Lead engagements with clients' finance, data science, and other technical stakeholdersย 

  • Effectively partner with the Data Operations and Solutions Architecture team for new product designย 

  • Strategically partner with the Client Insights team to address clients' business and marketing challengesย 

  • Keep up-to-date with new developments in analytic methods in academia and industryย 

  • Suggest and create new product ideas in marketing analyticsย 

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in econometrics, numerical linear algebra, multivariate analysis, and statistical learningย 

  • 7+ years of experience in fields related to market response modeling and marketing effectivenessย 

  • 3+ years of experience in project management - the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projectsย 

  • A bachelor's degree is required; a Master's in quantitative discipline is a plusย 

  • Demonstration of creative thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detailย 

  • Recognition that value comes from a collective effortย 

  • Highly proficient in statistical computing, like R, Python, and SASย 

  • Highly proficient in data and spreadsheet tools, like MS Excel, Power BI, and SQLย
