Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret NGS datasets (e.g., RNA-seq, DNA-seq).
  • Develop and maintain analysis pipelines using R and Python.
  • Perform data wrangling and QC of complex biological data.
  • Work in a Linux/Unix environment for scripting and job management.
  • Support analytical validation for clinical or research workflows.

Qualifications:
