  • Support customer meetings by gathering requirements and recommending GIS solutions that improve operational efficiency.
  • Assist with enterprise GIS planning, technology evaluations, and implementation of emerging geospatial capabilities.
  • Support field data collection, GPS workflows, imagery management, and remote sensing initiatives when required.

As an employee of geocgi, the Senior GIS Specialist will have access to a generous benefits package, in addition to a corporate culture and community of GIS geeks. Our benefits include but are not limited to:

  • Enjoy 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for individual employees. Coverage extensions for spouses and child dependents are available for purchase through the company plan.
  • Company paid training, certifications, and professional growth and development.

The following are requirements of the Senior GIS Specialist:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOI PIV credentials and successfully complete required background investigations.

  • 7+ years of professional GIS experience supporting enterprise GIS environments.
  • Advanced experience utilizing ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and ArcGIS Online.
  • Experience designing and managing enterprise geodatabases and geospatial data architectures.
  • Experience developing GIS applications, dashboards, web maps, and hosted feature services.
