Description

We are seeking an analytical, data driven Estimator/Data Analyst to support and evolve our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) platform. This role blends estimating advanced analytics, and cost modeling to deliver accurate, scalable cost intelligence across design, manufacturing, and construction.



Requirements:


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed cost of goods sold (COGS) estimates for healthcare and commercial projects.
  • Build and maintain estimating databases, including Bills of Materials and historical cost data.
  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and modeling tools to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency.
  • Partner with Design, Manufacturing, Construction, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to align cost, schedule, and risk.
  • Prepare estimates across all phases (conceptual, schematic, design development, GMP).
  • Analyze project risks, pricing strategies, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Support procurement strategy through vendor and subcontractor collaboration.
  • Ensure seamless handoff from estimating to operations with clear documentation.
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, and client facing discussions.
  • Drive continuous improvement of estimating processes, tools, and performance metrics.

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in estimating, cost analysis, or data analytics within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, CAD, Revit, or SolidWorks models.
