As a GNSS data science and navigation analyst, you will... * Analyze GNSS data to extract detailed insights of navigation performance for various missions, through predictive analytics, data engineering, and visualization
* Evaluate emerging GPS and GNSS technology (e.g., GPS modernization, contested-environment operation, alternate navigation options) and translate into recommendations
* Develop your proficiency in navigation satellite signal physics and receiver technology
* Lead cross-functional teams to respond to sponsor needs
* Implement, build, and enhance innovative algorithms as we improve our simulation and data science tools to deliver insightful analysis
* Build team knowledge-base and collaborate with staff across all experience levels, establishing yourself as a technical authority on satellite-based positioning applications Qualifications You will meet our minimum qualifications if you... * Hold a B.S. in a quantitative or engineering field such as Data Science, Applied Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Mathematics
* Demonstrated track‑record of systematically exploring innovative ways to improve the fundamentals of navigational accuracy through predictive analysis and data engineering
* Have at least 8 years of technical experience and at least 5 years of exposure to a navigation-related field
* Proficient in at least one scientific programming language such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++
* Established ability to engage both technical experts and program management, and document sophisticated technical analysis with compelling reports, briefings, and visualizations
* Are able to obtain a Secret security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level with consideration for internal parity. For salaried employees scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week, annual salary will be prorated based on the number of hours worked.
