Pay Range: $97,646.64 to $146,469.96
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

About the Role
Kwik Trip is seeking a Data Analyst Manager to lead a team of data analysts and report developers to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders, stakeholders and business analysis function to align data and reporting initiatives with organizational strategy, ensuring high-quality insights that support operational efficiency, performance improvement, and long-term growth. The Data Analyst Manager operates with a high level of independence while balancing people leadership, project oversight, and technical guidance.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts and report developers, including task assignments, coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand goals and translate them into data analysis and reporting initiatives aligned with organizational strategy
  • Oversee planning, prioritization, and execution of multiple concurrent data analysis and reporting projects
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs while managing risks and dependencies
  • Ensure analysis and reporting methods, tools, and outputs follow best practices and deliver accurate, meaningful insights
  • Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Establish and maintain data quality standards and governance processes
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and industry trends, promoting innovation and continuous learning within the team

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Six or more years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence delivery, or related discipline
  • Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising data analysts and report developers
  • Strong understanding of data analysis techniques including data cleaning, transformation, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling
  • Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Sigma or similar tools
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality management, and data privacy concepts
  • Familiarity with tools and languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into data and reporting solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal oversight
