  • Monitor key planning KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turns, schedule adherence) and drive continuous improvement actions.
  • Lead or support planning reviews (S&OP / SIOP cadence as applicable), highlighting risks, constraints, and mitigation plans.
  • Design, build, and maintain planning tools that enhance or complement JDE capabilities.
  • Create and automate data pipelines and planning datasets using SQL and/or Python to enable accurate and repeatable reporting.
  • Develop executive-ready dashboards and analytics using Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, and actionable visualizations.
  • Lead development and implementation of standardized planning processes, including documentation, training, and change management.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, Procurement, and Customer Service to improve master data quality, planning parameters, and system discipline.
  • Support ERP/Planning system integration efforts and process harmonization across sites
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality to resolve supply constraints, manage change impacts, and improve stability.
  • Communicate planning risks and tradeoffs clearly; drive alignment on priorities and execution plans.

What will help you thrive in this role?

    • Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard development)
    • SQL (writing queries, joins, building datasets)
    • Python (data analysis/automation; e.g., pandas, scripting workflows) - desirable
  • ERP planning experience and familiarity with SAP (desirable).
