Job Summary (Network Automation Engineer)
- Design and develop end-to-end network automation solutions using Python and Resolve Actions Pro
- Create automation workflows for:
- Configuration backup and deployment
- Compliance validation
- Network health checks
- Inventory collection
- Device onboarding
- Incident remediation
- Change automation
- Develop reusable automation frameworks and libraries
- Design and maintain automation workflows, scripts, runbooks, and integrations in Resolve Actions Pro
- Build and implement self-healing automation for production incidents
- Automate remediation workflows based on monitoring alerts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Resolve platform
- Integrate Resolve with various enterprise platforms
- Develop Python-based automation, including REST API development (FastAPI), multithreaded/asynchronous applications, and CLI/GUI tools
- Handle data parsing (JSON, XML, CSV, YAML)
- Required technical skills:
- Arista, HP, Juniper (DC/Branch Routers & Switches)
- Genesys Contact Center
