Role: Three Contact Center Engineer's – AWS Connect

Overview:
We are seeking experienced Contact Center Engineers with deep expertise in AWS Connect and a strong background in legacy contact center technologies. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade contact center solutions in hybrid and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize contact center architectures leveraging AWS Connect and related AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Integrate AWS Connect with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk, as well as with custom-built applications.
- Develop and manage telephony and routing workflows across legacy platforms including Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, and NICE.
- Script, automate, and enhance system performance using Python and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient contact center solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance around network engineering, unified communications, PSTN/carrier technologies, and CTI/API development.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–8 years of progressive experience in Contact Center Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience developing, implementing, and managing AWS Connect environments.
- Strong understanding of telephony, voice systems design, and network fundamentals.
- Proven experience integrating AWS Connect with CRMs and enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript) and automation within AWS environments.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification required.
