This role at Starcom will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of cross-channel media strategy and planning, as well as manages the completion of regularly delivered budget and planning-related reports to the clients

  • Assume accountability and ownership of regular client deliverables; reviewing for quality, ensuring the product is sound and viable

  • Interface with internal teams to assist in development of strategic planning initiatives including budget and channel allocation, audience development, and deck writing

  • Collaborate and foster relationships with key partners including internal strategy, investment, and analytics teams

  • Own the development of strategic proposals and client facing POVs, coordinating with necessary teams to account for all relevant inputs

  • Directly manage and mentor junior staff and aid in their professional development

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in media strategy/planning experience across media channels with extensive experience in digital media

  • A thoughtful decision maker and team player who has the proven ability to help develop strategic planning initiatives including audience development, budget and channel allocation, and deck writing

  • Experience managing others and can demonstrate the ability to effectively instruct their direct reports on the objective and desired outcome of regular deliverables

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Resourceful, curious, creative problem solver and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

  • Experience working within media systems/platforms e.g. Clear Decisions, Nielsen Media Impact, GWI, Kantar, comScore

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $107,835.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
