  • Provide creative direction and oversight on photo retouching, compositing, video editing, and motion graphics.

Campaign & Asset Development

  • Design and oversee the production of high-quality collateral including brochures, postcards, lookbooks, direct mail, email marketing campaigns, digital media, and social assets.
  • Partner with the web and CRM teams to develop branded email campaigns and ensure cohesive website visuals and editorial content.
  • Contribute to the content and editorial calendar by shaping visual storytelling and briefing internal/external content producers.
  • Ensure all files are print-ready and optimized for digital deployment across platforms.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Translate marketing and commercial objectives into visually compelling creative solutions.
  • Partner with sales and marketing leadership to support product launches, key initiatives, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to proactively introduce new tools, techniques, and design innovations.

Project & Team Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee workflow prioritization for design initiatives and maintain organized archives of campaigns and creative assets.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers or freelancers as needed.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail and uphold the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or high-end brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign development across print, digital, and motion.
  • Highly refined design sensibility with deep understanding of typography, composition, color, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Advanced photo retouching, cropping, and compositing expertise.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with ESP platforms and email marketing design best practices.
  • Working knowledge of CSS, CMS, HTML, and website backend systems.
  • Experience with interactive/experiential platforms such as Ceros is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
