Job Overview
We're helping our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer home goods brand, find a Creative Strategist / Senior Designer to own and execute high-performing ecommerce creative across Amazon, Meta, and their DTC channels.
This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you will develop and produce scroll-stopping creative that drives clicks, conversions, and revenue. You will work closely with the growth team to test, iterate, and scale winning creative across paid and organic channels.
Responsibilities
Design and produce Amazon PDP images, listing images, A+ content, and storefront assets optimized for conversion
Develop and execute high-performing Meta ad creatives (static, carousel, Reels, Stories) with a strong focus on hooks and direct response
Create social commerce assets for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest, including UGC-style and short-form video content
Own the end-to-end creative production process from concepting and briefing to final delivery across platforms
Collaborate with the growth team to test, analyze, and iterate creative concepts based on performance data
Build scalable templates and systems to support high-volume creative output across multiple SKUs
Direct and manage freelance creatives (photographers, videographers, editors) for product and lifestyle content
Stay up to date with ecommerce creative trends, platform updates, and best practices across Amazon, Meta, and TikTok
Must-Have
5+ years of experience in graphic design or creative production, with at least 3 years in a DTC or ecommerce environment
Proven experience creating Amazon PDPs, A+ content, and listing images
Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative (Meta ads, social content, ecommerce assets)
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma
Experience with paid social creative and direct-response marketing principles (hooks, CTR, conversion optimization)
Ability to work as both a strategist and hands-on executor in a fast-paced environment
Experience directing or coordinating photo/video shoots (remote or in-person)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice-to-Have
Motion graphics or animation skills
Experience in home goods, interior design, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with Klaviyo, Replo, or similar tools
Experience managing freelance creative networks or building creative systems
