DIRECT HIRE | DAY SHIFT | LEADERSHIP FOCUSED OPPORTUNITY

Looking for a clinical pharmacist ready to take the next step beyond traditional staffing? This full-time direct-hire role combines clinical pharmacy with operational leadership across specialty areas such as the IV room, diversion/narcotics management, informatics, and residency programs.

Position Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations within specialty pharmacy practice areas
  • Support IV room, diversion/narcotics management, informatics, and residency programs
  • Provide pharmaceutical care as a staff pharmacist when needed
  • Troubleshoot systems and support technology/informatics initiatives
  • Coordinate upgrade testing, education, and implementation
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide staff training
  • Precept pharmacy students and residents

Requirements:

  • B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited school
  • Active Oklahoma Pharmacist License in good standing
  • Hospital clinical pharmacy experience
  • BLS certification
  • ALS/ACLS certification
  • Must meet one of the following experience pathways:
    • PGY-1 + PGY-2 residency/fellowship in an appropriate specialty
    • PGY-1 + 3+ years of clinical pharmacy experience
    • 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience without residency/fellowship
  • Other applicable state requirements, including sterile compounding where applicable

Preferred:

  • Pharm.D.
  • BPS certification or nationally recognized specialty training/certification
