Responsibilities
Delta State flight courses include: Primary single engine, Instrument Airplane, Multi-Engine Instrument add-on to Private Certificate, Initial Commercial Multi-Engine, Single-Engine add-on to Commercial Certificate, Initial Multi-Engine Flight Instructor, Single-Engine Add-on to CFI, and Instrument Flight Instructor.
The Flight Instructor is responsible for providing student training in accordance with Delta State University's Commercial Aviation Department's FAA Part 141 Policies: FOM, Appropriate TCO, and Flight Instructor Manual.
Qualifications
Must have a Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor, Single Engine Certificate.
Must have a Current Second Class FAA Medical
Prefer in addition to CFI Single engine: Instrument Flight Instructor and Multi Engine Flight Instructor
Salary Commensurate with experience, qualifications, and university's resources. Minimum Qualifications
Must have a Current FAA Certified Flight Instructor Certificate
Must have a Current Second Class FAA Medical
Preferred Qualifications
