Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL/Data Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, ETL development, data analysis, and data quality assurance within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with complex data environments, troubleshooting existing systems, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions. Healthcare experience is mandatory, with Healthcare Provider domain experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

•  Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes using Oracle PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions, and complex SQL queries.
•  Analyze, transform, and validate large volumes of data across multiple database platforms.
•  Perform detailed data analysis, data validation, and data quality assurance (QA) for complex business applications and data workflows.
•  Develop and execute comprehensive data testing strategies, including source-to-target validation, reconciliation, and defect analysis.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing ETL processes, database packages, stored procedures, and data integration workflows.
•  Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
•  Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•  Support data migration, integration, and reporting initiatives across enterprise systems.
•  Document technical specifications, data mappings, test results, and operational procedures.
•  Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for database development and data management.

Required Qualifications

•  Strong experience in ETL development using Oracle PL/SQL.
•  Advanced proficiency in writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, packages, triggers, and functions.
•  Experience working with multiple database platforms and heterogeneous data environments.
•  Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and business requirements.
•  Extensive experience in Data QA, Data Validation, and Data Testing.
•  Proven ability to troubleshoot and support existing applications, ETL workflows, and database packages.
•  Strong understanding of data integration, data transformation, and data quality management principles.
•  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
