Job Position Description:

The freelance meteorologist will produce compelling forecasts which are visually engaging and concise with a heavy emphasis on tracking the next weather maker. This position also requires a meteorologist who knows how to leverage digital platforms to drive weather coverage.

Requirements:

  • Degree in meteorology preferred.
  • Previous broadcast meteorology & severe weather experience preferred.
  • Baron experience is a plus.
  • Must always lead by example.

Annual Salary Range:

$30.00/hour; based on experience. Non-Exempt.
