Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

Using one or more marketing platforms (i.e., print, electronic, face-to-face, social media, etc.), the Sr Coordinator - Marketing is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for creating and delivering marketing strategies, creating marketing materials, managing projects, and ensuring company messaging is consistent with the business' overall image, brand, and marketing strategy.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Creates marketing strategy and develops content for campaigns.
  • Leads orchestration of projects with internal partners to ensure client needs are met and projects stay within scope, budget, timeline, quality and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Executes messaging and content on all marketing channels, including email and social media.
  • Creates marketing and sales support materials including sales presentations and services brochures.
  • Drives development of new content and marketing strategies for the channels.
  • Develops, manages and analyzes effectiveness of all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Manages the organization's responses to comments and inquiries, escalating when required.
  • Monitors fast-moving marketing trends.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related field 
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred 
  • 6+ years of progressive Marketing or Communication experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
  • Adobe CC proficiency with portfolio required
  • Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google, Meta admin
  • Salesforce a plus
  • GA4 and SEO fundamentals
  • Ability to interview SMEs and write accurate technical copy
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning).
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and management.
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
