Overview
The Sr. Associate, Programmatic is responsible for strategic planning and campaign execution for assigned clients. You will combine both strategic and tactical elements, requiring the generation of insights and implementation of campaigns with Associate support. The Sr. Associate serves as the main contact for clients and internal media teams, provides expertise, and mentors junior team members on optimization strategies and best practices. You will report to the Supervisor, Programmatic.

Responsibilities
  • You will develop and communicate digital strategies and tactical approaches for campaigns.

  • You will execute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns (e.g., performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing) to meet client expectations.

  • You will build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service.

  • You will create proposals for new opportunities and develop client decks and status documentation.

  • You will oversee the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, and all relevant campaign documentation.

  • You will collaborate with analytics and media partners to ensure accurate reporting, insights, and platform implementation.

  • You will troubleshoot campaign issues, develop quality control procedures, and manage campaign QA processes.

  • You will coach and educate Associates to support campaigns and share strategies for optimizing performance.

  • Attend client meetings and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

  • You will manage the tech stack, including DMP, DSP partners, ad-verification services, and third-party data providers.

  • You will monitor campaign performance, manage forecasts, and maintain account management standards.

  • Participate in forecasting exercises for clients and senior management

  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement by documenting best practices.

Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of experience in Programmatic including bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations

  • Client-facing experience with risk management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions)

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills

  • Project management capabilities

  • Understanding of interactive media planning and buying

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
