Summary of Job Duties:The student will work on a grant funded project through the Department of Human Sciences, focusing on health and nutrition in PreK-12 local public schools. The student will be responsible for assisting with data entry, transcribing, collecting and analyzing data, recording classroom activities, editing/uploading video onto YouTube or other social media, preparing training materials, planting, assisting with maintaining existing gardens, and other duties as needed. The student should be willing to work both spring and fall semesters to accompany the faculty when visiting the schools regularly. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

The student should have a 2.5 GPA or above, with a minimum of 15 hours completed. Applicants should have organizational skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
