Sr. Java Lead - Las Vegas, NV (Onsite) About the Company: A global digital modernization firm with 20+ years delivering enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 clients. ### Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a Java development team delivering scalable, reusable, high-quality code - Build Spring Boot microservices, RESTful APIs, and ensure API validation - Partner with business and architects to translate requirements into detailed designs - Perform code reviews, drive best practices, maintain documentation and development standards - Collaborate with front-end teams for seamless UI integration - Debug, optimize performance, and ensure fault-tolerant systems - Drive Agile ceremonies (scrum, grooming, retrospectives) and user story management - Ensure CI/CD, logging, and monitoring are robust and production-ready - Support cross-functional teams, especially in financial domain solutions - Mentor junior developers and foster continuous learning
