The Opportunity

As a Digital Assets Manager, you will lead the integration and platform architecture efforts within our Advisory practice, focusing on enterprise architecture to drive innovation and efficiency. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver exceptional client service, all while upholding our firm's quality standards and contributing to broader business strategies.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of blockchain readiness, working within the Business & Supply Chain Operations network to implement cutting-edge solutions. You will embrace technology and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your ability to analyze complex problems and develop high-quality deliverables will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will play a key role in cultivating meaningful client relationships and inspiring your team to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

- Leading enterprise architecture initiatives to integrate blockchain solutions within client environments
- Managing client engagements and driving the adoption of blockchain technologies across various sectors
- Guiding teams in the development and implementation of decentralized applications and smart contracts
- Utilizing agile methodology to enhance project integration and streamline business process workflows
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and innovation
- Developing strategies for blockchain regulatory compliance and business continuity planning
- Promoting operational excellence through process standardization and technology integration

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
