Senior Java Lead (Java Backend + Angular + AI-Assisted Development)

Role Overview:

Sr Java lead with strong expertise in Java backend development and who is passionate about hands-on coding and leveraging AI-powered development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery speed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive and modern web applications using Angular.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
  • Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Utilize AI-powered development tools to:
  • Accelerate coding and debugging.
  • Generate unit and integration test cases.
  • Improve documentation and code quality.
  • Assist in refactoring and modernization initiatives.
  • Implement secure, scalable, and resilient application architectures.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and DevOps processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: [$106230 to $145000]
