MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

The Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for providing the sales and training strategy and support in an assigned territory, as dictated by the needs of the business with an emphasis on the Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom accounts.

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve sales goals in assigned territory, through strategic call cycle and event planning.
  • Effectively manage freelance and travel budgets to maximize SPH (sales per hour) and ROIs in assigned territory.
  • Conduct all Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom in store trainings in line with retailers' Brand expectations.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in conjunction with brand initiatives, targeting an 10-14% overall events MOB and an increased ROIs and average event sales.
  • Work with store management for visual placement in-store.
  • Establishing and developing strong relationships at store level with Sephora BA's, Store Leadership, DM's, Point Person, Beauty Stylists and Department Managers.
  • Handle in-store training of Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for new product launches and core product categories. This includes Selling Specialists and retailers' BA's.
  • Lead strong partnership with retailers' BA's and Clients by providing best-in-class service and support for any needs when in store.
  • Ensure Fresh wallbays, gondolas, endcaps, towers, etc. are visually impeccable and in accordance with Fresh merchandising standards.
  • Maintain regular communication and drive best practice sharing within Field team regarding opportunities for brand to participate in additional training, event or BA/employee support.
  • Maintain regular call cycle to stores and effectively manage schedule and travel (when applicable)
  • Use company supported reports and tools to create customized in store strategies related to BA's/employee training and selling experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Continuous standing/ walking for an average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Unpack and lift boxes up to 40 lbs.
  • Continuous bending of neck, arms, torso and legs for an average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Work in a fragrance filled environment.
  • Physical contact with clients/customers.
Qualifications

PROFILE

You have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 Years of Beauty Industry Experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
  • Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environment, preferred.
  • Must be proactive in approaching potential clients and promoting the Fresh brand.
  • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to travel within the territory.
  • Hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives
  • Position requires heavy traveling and driving.
  • Must be able to work remotely once a week, without home office responsibilities.
