Our project portfolio features experience in bridge, highway, and structural design; condition and safety inspection; civil and site engineering support; construction inspection and administration; survey and mapping; and hydrographic services.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Minimum of 2 years of CAD drafting/design experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Designer required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to legally work in the United States.

In addition, preferably the candidate will have the following desired skills/software capabilities:

  • Experience with hydrographic, survey, or civil engineering projects.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Carlson Survey Software
  • NYSDOT CAD Standards
  • USACOE Standards
  • HYPACK / HYSWEEP
  • SonarWiz
  • GIS software experience
  • Survey and hydrographic data processing experience
  • Familiarity with point clouds, terrain models, and surface generation
  • Basic understanding of survey coordinate systems and mapping standards
  • Ability to support occasional field assignments or hydrographic survey operations as needed
  • Comfortable on and around water and boats
