To thrive as a Freelance Game Developer (Remote), you need strong programming skills (such as C++, C#, or JavaScript), game design expertise, and a solid portfolio demonstrating completed projects. Familiarity with popular game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine, version control systems (e.g., Git), and knowledge of platform-specific deployment are essential technical qualifications. Location: Remote
This is a remote role, on a remote-first team. You must be permanently located in the United States, Canada, Brazil or Mexico.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Design Lead, Web & Creative to own Monograph's Webflow website, paid media creative, lightweight product storytelling visuals, and key brand assets for campaigns and events.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can create polished web pages, design effective ads, produce simple motion assets, and bring a high-quality B2B SaaS design sensibility to everything Monograph puts in market.
The right person has strong visual taste, strong Webflow execution, and the ability to ship high-quality work quickly in a fast-moving startup environment.
What You'll Do
Own Monograph's website and landing pages
  • Own and optimize Monograph's Webflow website.
  • Build landing pages and other conversion-focused web experiences.
  • Ensure pages load quickly, deliver strong UX/UI, and perform well across mobile and desktop.
  • Maintain a clean, scalable Webflow environment, including CMS collections, templates, components, forms, and reusable page sections.
  • Manage core website operations, including metadata, redirects, image optimization, internal linking, form setup, publishing, and QA.
  • Use performance insights to improve page layouts, visual hierarchy, UX, and conversion paths.
  • QA pages before launch and troubleshoot common Webflow issues independently.

Create paid media and campaign creative
  • Design campaign assets for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other paid media channels that are clear, modern, and effective in small-format placements.
  • Adapt campaign concepts into multiple formats, sizes, and variations quickly.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing to test creative angles, refresh fatigued ads, and improve campaign output.

Create light motion and product storytelling assets
  • Create GIFs, short animations, lightweight motion graphics, and product explainer visuals for web pages and paid media campaigns.
  • Turn product workflows, screenshots, and UI concepts into simple visual assets that make Monograph easier to understand.

Elevate Monograph's brand execution
  • Bring a modern, sophisticated B2B SaaS design sensibility to Monograph's website, campaigns, events, and sales materials.
  • Create web graphics, illustrations, diagrams, presentation assets, event materials, one-pagers, and sales collateral as needed.
  • Design annual trade show booth concepts and supporting event assets, including booth graphics, signage, banners, screens, handouts, and related visual materials.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, printers, or contractors when needed to produce event and campaign assets accurately and on time.
What You Bring
Ideal profile
  • 6+ years of design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or a high-growth startup.
  • A strong portfolio of Webflow sites and landing pages you personally designed and built.
  • Deep Webflow experience, including CMS, templates, components, forms, responsive design, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience creating landing pages, paid social ads, and campaign creative.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript familiarity preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, QA, and execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and move quickly in a startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and sound design judgment.
  • Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, printers, booth vendors, and other production partners.

Nice to Have
  • Experience designing event and trade show assets, including booth graphics or large-format environments.
  • Experience creating GIFs, lightweight motion graphics, product explainers, and other digital storytelling assets.
  • Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, professional services, or other vertical SaaS markets.
  • Experience supporting CRO or A/B testing programs.

How to Apply
Please include a portfolio with your application. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
Your portfolio must include live Webflow examples and clearly state what you personally designed, built, animated, maintained, or launched.
