Job Description We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our Minneapolis team. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with a proven track record of developing scalable AI solutions. The AI Software Engineer supports the development of full-stack Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (Gen AI) applications tailored to optimize business.

Responsibilities: Support the development of full-stack solutions for ML/GenAI applications, integrating both frontend and backend components to deliver robust and scalable solutions Contribute to the ideation and development of solutions; collaborate with Business, Product, Architecture, etc. to transition prototypes into production Develop ML/GenAI solutions in accordance with modern software engineering practices Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, delivering feedback and enabling teams members to make necessary changes in performance Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to help foster innovation Code, test, and debug application systems per specifications Prepare appropriate system and user documentation Establish metrics to determine system performance and align with stakeholder expectations (e.g., evals, KPIs, volume/latency, etc.) Required skills and qualifications 3-5 years of experience in software engineering One or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions Growing architecture skills from database schema to API contract Full-stack experience (modern web frameworks, APIs, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines) Familiar with machine learning and AI tools (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, vector databases, PyTorch) Solid understanding of security, performance tuning, and API versioning best practices
