Who You Are

The ideal Corporate Financial Analyst is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives on translating data into actionable insights. You are a strong business partner who collaborates across functions, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports strategic decision-making at the corporate level.


What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Financial Analyst, you will support enterprise financial operations through analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in enhancing financial visibility, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring strong internal controls across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing financial performance and providing insights against targets and business objectives
  • Developing financial estimates, forecasts, and value-added reporting for leadership
  • Supporting financial systems and identifying opportunities to enhance reporting tools and processes
  • Understanding and improving internal financial processes, systems, and controls
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and identify gaps
  • Performing root cause analysis and supporting corrective actions to improve performance and compliance
  • Monitoring and reporting key financial and operational metrics
  • Supporting risk evaluation and implementing recommendations to protect company value
  • Interpreting financial statements and providing actionable insights
  • Contributing to initiatives that support business strategy and long-term sustainability
  • Partnering with stakeholders across multiple locations to support financial decision-making
  • Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial data
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Performing other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
  • 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Experience partnering with business teams to support initiatives and decision-making
  • Knowledge of financial systems, reporting tools, and business processes
  • Exposure to continuous improvement and supply chain financial analysis preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%
