Job description

KOVACH is looking for a creative, organized Marketing & Content Coordinator to help bring our projects, people, and brand to life across digital, social, print, photography, and video.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys producing content, telling stories visually, and managing a variety of projects from concept through publication. Working with the Director of Marketing and teams throughout KOVACH, you’ll create content that supports marketing, business development, recruiting, employee engagement, and brand visibility.

What You'll Do
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other approved platforms.
  • Develop social media graphics, short-form video, project updates, employee features, recruiting content, and event coverage.
  • Photograph and film KOVACH projects, employees, facilities, events, and construction activities.
  • Edit photography and video for use across social media, websites, presentations, recruiting, and other marketing materials.
  • Design digital and print materials including graphics, advertisements, signage, event materials, presentations, apparel, promotional items, and branded collateral.
  • Interview employees and project teams and turn their expertise and experiences into project spotlights, employee features, case studies, and other content.
  • Update website content, project pages, photography, news, and other assigned information through the company’s content-management system.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, promotional-product suppliers, and other creative vendors.
  • Maintain organized photo, video, design, template, and brand-asset libraries.
  • Manage multiple creative assignments and recurring publishing deadlines while maintaining KOVACH brand standards.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Photography, Film/Video, Digital Media, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation, social media, photography, video production, digital marketing, or a related creative field. Internship, freelance, school-based, and portfolio-supported experience may qualify.
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant creative capabilities are required.
  • Strong visual design, written communication, copywriting, proofreading, interviewing, and organizational skills.
  • Working proficiency with professional graphic-design and image-editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable tools.
  • Experience with video editing and photography/video equipment.
  • Familiarity with social media publishing, scheduling, analytics, and content formats.
  • Familiarity with website content-management systems and basic SEO/content practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and approvals while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable occasionally visiting manufacturing facilities, construction sites, company events, and other business locations to capture content.

Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, manufacturing, building products, or another technical or project-based environment is a plus, but is not required.

About the Role

Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director of Marketing
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Supervisory Responsibilities: None

The Marketing & Content Coordinator works primarily in a professional office environment but will periodically visit manufacturing facilities, construction sites, project locations, and company events. Local and occasional project-related travel may be required.
