Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions.
  • Build Gen AI applications using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, Agentic AI, classifiers, and knowledge bases.
  • Develop and maintain ML/AI pipelines, including data preparation, model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Develop production-ready solutions using Python.
  • Take ML models and AI applications from prototype to production.
  • Build and improve machine learning models using statistical and ML techniques.
  • Perform feature engineering and analyze data to improve model performance.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, optimize, and enhance existing applications and code.
  • Implement AI solutions with appropriate security, privacy, and AI guardrails.
  • Work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product teams, and other technology teams.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, AI Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Python programming skills with experience developing production-quality code.
  • Hands-on experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs.
  • Experience with Machine Learning and AI pipelines, including model deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning and statistical techniques.
  • Experience taking ML/AI solutions from development to production.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education:

  • Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
