- Partner with media, creative, account and strategy teams to create smart measurement strategies rooted in business outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership through strategic point of views and performance analytics best practices.
- Present and provide counsel to clients and internal stakeholders with confidence and leadership presence.
- Coach fellow analysts and collaborate across teams to elevate our work.
- Work hands-on with databases and tools to run custom analyses using SQL and Python and visualization platforms like Tableau.
- Translate data into compelling, digestible recommendations for clients and internal teams alike.
- Stay current with client-specific martech stacks, AI tools, and digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- 3-4 years of experience in marketing analytics
- Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, marketing, computer science, economics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL and Python a must
