Enterprise Applications Analyst

Starting Salary: $69,696.59 annually; $1,340.31 weekly

General Description:

The Enterprise Application Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications that support our organization’s business processes. They work closely with end-users, developers, project managers, and vendors to identify and resolve issues, provide technical expertise, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or relate field, AND
  • Two (2) years of experience in enterprise application analysis or related field.
  • Experience with enterprise applications such as Computer-aided dispatch (CAD), Records Management System (RMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The preferred candidate will have experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), database management, or project management.
  • A comparable amount of education and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements.

Selection Process: The selection process will include a review of each qualified applicant’s education and experience and a formal interview in accordance with VSO policies and procedures.

Background Screening: This position will require an extensive background investigation.

Essential Functions:

  • Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals.
  • Configure and customize enterprise applications to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing, including creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with peers and vendors to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in project planning and implementation, including providing estimates and timelines.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in enterprise applications.
  • Participate in the on-call rotation.
  • Attends work on a regular and consistent basis.
  • Must adhere to Federal, State, County, and local ordinances.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
